The Story of the Tour – Runrig / Ridge Records / Andrew King (Stage Wow)
I leapt at the chance to collaborate with Runrigs’ official tour photographer to produce a limited edition 120-page photo-book. I had free range to take the lead on the internal layout, ensuring the photography remained the star of the show. Meanwhile I designed the cover to pair with Runrigs’ latest studio album at the time, The Story.
Welcome book – The Journey / SOS Fitness
Complementing SOS Fitness’ existing branding and utilising their professional photo library, I worked with them to bring their vision of the start of their clients fitness journey to life. The Welcome Book is the largest of a series of personal fitness & nutritional advice booklets I helped them produce for giving to members of their private gym.
Helensburgh Boys Brigade
Commissioned to celebrate the local Brigades centenary, and tell the wider 130 year history of the organisation in Helensburgh. Text copy and an archive of images were provided for me to pull together into a cohesive whole. This chronicle of their history became the centre of their centenary celebrations.
M & C Catering (Cattle & Creel, La Barca, Padrone, The Logie Baird)
During my years at Minuteman Press, I produced menus for a number of restaurants & cafes. These included the multi-award-winning restaurants of M & C Catering, with annual or seasonal menu refreshes for all four of their establishments.
Buchanan Castle Golf Club
This piece has a special place in my portfolio as my first cover-to-cover publication. I was responsible for all elements of layout and photo choice.
